These terms govern your use of the VelorixAI platform, website and related services. By subscribing to a plan or booking a demo, you agree to them.

VelorixAI is an AI-powered business growth platform operated from Bandia, Uttarakhand, India. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “VelorixAI” refer to the company, and “you” refers to the subscriber or visitor.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
VelorixAI is sold as a subscription. The apps available to you depend on the plan you hold, Prestige includes 8 current apps on a quarterly term, Signature includes 16 current apps on an annual term.
Plans include a token allowance used by the AI features. Tokens are granted on the schedule described on your plan and do not carry over indefinitely. Additional tokens can be purchased if you need them.
New apps are added to the platform over time. Apps listed as upcoming are not part of your current plan until they ship.
Your price is confirmed on your free demo and set out in your subscription agreement. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees and, unless stated otherwise, exclude applicable taxes.
Subscription fees are charged at the start of each term. If a payment fails, we may suspend access until the amount is settled.
Annual subscribers may choose one free bonus: a professional website or an authority book of up to 150 pages. One bonus is available per annual subscription.
Bonuses are delivered after your subscription is active. Delivery timelines depend on how quickly you supply the material we need from you, brand assets, content direction and review feedback.
You may not use VelorixAI to send unsolicited bulk messages, to publish unlawful or infringing content, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
We may suspend or terminate access where these rules are broken.
You keep ownership of everything you upload and everything you create with the platform, your copy, your designs, your contact data and your published sites.
We keep ownership of the platform itself: the software, the interface, the underlying models and integrations, and the VelorixAI name and marks.
We work to keep the platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
Support is provided by email and WhatsApp. Annual subscribers receive priority onboarding and support.
VelorixAI provides tools; the results you achieve depend on your own business, offers and effort. We make no guarantee of specific revenue, leads or growth outcomes.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes are notified by email or in the dashboard. Continuing to use VelorixAI after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Uttarakhand have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
